Illinois residents only who HAVE NOT qualified to represent Illinois at the U.S. Marine Corps Junior Nationals.
Wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership.

As defined by USA Wrestling's Age Groups and Weight Classes.
Illinois/USA Wrestling will adhere to USA Wrestling's Competition Category Policy.
Boys and Girls - USA Junior and 16U
Wrestlers are allowed to wrestle in one age group, one style, and one weight class only.
Multiple registrations and double bracketing are not allowed.

United World Wrestling (UWW) with USA Wrestling (USAW) modifications.

2-man brackets will wrestle ONE BOUT (No best 2 of 3).
No exhibition matches.

No refunds will be made for any reason.

On-site: $75 CASH ONLY, On-site registration available at Sycamore High School.

Must be an Illinois Resident.

Boys must chose a style, they CANNOT compete in the Freestyle qualifier and Greco-Roman qualifier.

USA Junior (Boys and Girls) - 7:00 am to 8:00 am.

16U (Boys and Girls) - 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Once your weigh-in is complete, you CANNOT change weight classes.

Final weight class determination will occur when wrestlers stop on a scale to weigh-in for the tournament.
If a wrestler declares a weight class at registration, doesn't make it at weigh-in, the wrestler will be moved to the next higher weight class.

8:30 am - Rules Clinic
9:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm - Boys USA Junior Freestyle, Boys USA Junior Greco-Roman, and Girls USA Junior Freestyle
Approximately 1:00 pm* to 5:00 pm - Boys 16U Freestyle, Boys 16U Greco-Roman, Girls 16U Freestyle
*16U competition will begin after the USA Junior competition has been completed.

Predominantly RED and predominantly BLUE singlets are required, or singlets mimicking the UWW color scheme.
If a singlet is mimicking the UWW color scheme, the following criteria must be met:
1) The dominant color of RED singlets shall be comprised of one of the following: white, orange, pink, red, yellow, brown, or gold.
2) The dominant color of BLUE singlets shall be comprised of one of the following: black, blue, green, grey, purple, or silver.

- All coaches are required to have an active USAW Wrestling Leader Membership.
- All coaches are required to be NCEP certified (acceptable levels: copper, bronze, silver, or gold).
- All coaches will need to check-in at the head table and receive a coach's band.

All age groups:
1) USAW P.I.N. rating.
2) Team or club members.

USA Bracketing will be utilized for this event.
Line bracketing with double elimination.

Gender, Style, and Weight Class Specific
USA Junior - Winner of each weight class qualifies for the USA Junior National Championships.
16U - Winner of each weight class qualifies for the 16U National Championships.

Wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership to register and compete.
